1. Check-in and Check-out
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges by the hotel.
2. Identification Requirements
In accordance with government regulations, all guests (including children) must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
- Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.
- PAN Card is NOT accepted as a valid address proof.
- Hotels reserve the right to deny admission if valid ID is not provided.
3. Occupancy Policy
The number of guests staying must not exceed the count specified in the booking.
- Extra guests will be charged as per the hotel's policy at the time of check-in.
- Children above 12 years are typically considered adults for charging purposes.
4. Right to Admission
Hotels reserve the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented, or to local residents, at the hotel's discretion. MyHolidayTrip will not be responsible for any check-in denial by the hotel due to these reasons.
